These Terms of Service govern your use of WishJinn. By accessing or using WishJinn, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use WishJinn. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the service only with parent or legal guardian permission.
You are responsible for your account credentials and account activity. WishJinn may send service and deal notifications based on your settings and activity. Badges, streaks, rankings, and other community features may change, pause, or be removed at any time.
You are responsible for content you submit, including deals, photos, comments, and profile details. By posting on WishJinn, you represent that your content is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
You must not post or engage in:
We may review, moderate, remove, limit visibility of content, or suspend/terminate accounts at our discretion for policy or legal reasons. Users may report content, and we may investigate reports.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant WishJinn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service.
WishJinn and its software, design, branding, and non-user content are owned by WishJinn or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
If you believe content on WishJinn infringes your copyright, email support@wishjinn.com with your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, and the allegedly infringing content URL(s). We may remove or disable access to disputed content while reviewing.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WishJinn, its affiliates, and personnel from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
WishJinn is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WishJinn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve disputes informally in good faith. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the governing law and venue terms below.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any and all disputes, claims or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of WishJinn shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Province of British Columbia. The parties irrevocably attorn to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenience of forum.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
